Smaller room than expected. Not quite as nice as expected but perfectly good for the price we paid and proximity to everything. Very friendly helpful staff.

I liked the closeness of universal from the property. . I did like that they made our beds every day but towels were only restocked twice for a 5 day stay. And no extra toiletries were restocked.

It was a one night stay and it was okay. The bed was comfortable, but we were very tired so there’s that. The staff let us leave our car in the parking after we checked out, it was very nice of them. What we didn’t like that the room smelled like weed even though it was non smoking room. And when I say smelled I mean really really bad smell, we got headaches. The price was convenient so all in all the stay was ok.

My cousin and I stayed here for 4 nights, the location was great, public transport practically at the doorstep. The on site staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The room is none carpet, and it's crystal clean. The location is good, right in the heart of Hollywood Bl. and a Thai town. Close to a metro, shops, and restaurants.
